Monkfish Construction Management is the collaboration of Robert Monk and Sam Monk, bringing together 2 generations and over 50 years of combined construction experience to manage, develop and construct major projects in house.

The team has experience working on various projects together. Our process was specifically created to build our own projects. Through careful tendering we break the project down into bite-size components ensuring the best price and quality at every stage, which are then implemented through our detailed procurement processes.
This in-house approach enables us to reduce overall construction costs on a project, whilst eliminating some of the associated risks and overheads typically incurred by main contractors. But above all we ensure the project is delivered to our exact specification.
