Celebrating Milestones: Topping Out Ceremonies at Hylyfe Vanquish Mill & Sapphire Court

This month marked a significant milestone in the journey of two of our projects — our second Hylyfe, Vanquish Mill in Leicester, and a Monkfish Construction project, Sapphire Court in Birmingham — with successful Topping Out Ceremonies held at both sites. These events not only symbolise the structural completion of each project but also serve as an important moment to recognise the teams and partnerships that have brought us to this stage.

Topping Out is a long-standing tradition in the construction industry, celebrated when the highest point of a building is reached. It's a moment of reflection, recognition, and renewed momentum.
